HISTORY
The community of Millsap was named after Fuller Millsap (1817–1873), one of the earliest settlers in Parker and Palo Pinto counties, who built a log cabin on this property in the 1850s. The cabin, located along an old Indian trail, was the site of three recorded attacks and later served as a stagecoach stop.
